Sometimes when my mother goes to work she doesn't clean her cast iron skillet and it's very difficult to get the dirt out of it. As a kid I knew nothing about cast iron and [please don't kill me] soaked her pan in the sink. Well now that I have this for my own pot, this morning I decided to clean mom's pot with just this and some water and was wondering if that would work. To be honest she can clean her own pot. It worked great. The entire pan was clean, I didn't have to clean any additional pans compared to my own pans which I warm wash. the problem is bigger.
