I like that it integrates with our current system well so there is little learning curve for users who are already familiar with what we do normally in our daily work life (ie- Excel). It can be cumbersome at times when trying to navigate between screens or get back into information after closing out one window/task from another tab etc. The support team has been responsive but still some areas have not yet been updated as far as their interface goes. Try them if you're looking for an integrated platform where all jobs run through once per month then send notification emails about upcoming tasks via email. We've seen improved efficiencies by being able to track which items need attention, how long they should take before rescheduling dates.
