So I bought these for case fans as my ThermalTake View 71 only came with 3 140mm fans so I grabbed a couple of those to improve case airflow . They are easy to install and have been working great ever since. Plugged into the RGB connector and it syncs well with my Asus ROG Strix B550 e-gaming mobo and all other components. If you have an Asus board with RGB headers, make sure you connect these fans to the 5V header, otherwise they won't work with 12V! The same applies to MSI and Gigabyte. The only downside is that you can't control the fan speed with the software and only with the remote control, it doesn't bother me that much since I put it on full blast and left it there, moreover I can barely hear it through my body because all glass. Otherwise a good buy and upgrade if things happen in the future!
