I really wanted to like it but the product and the company made it impossible. The hiring was a bit tricky, but didn't break the deal. It took about an hour to install and pair the tags. I used them for 5 rounds from May 3rd to June 7th and for the most part they got most of the shots. He only missed 2 or 3 in a round that I could live with. In the fourth round I started having problems with multiple tags. They stopped registering shots and were shown as unpaired. I contacted support on May 22nd for help, and while the response was fairly quick, the steps seem ridiculous at best. On May 27th they responded with some steps I had already tried in the help section of their website. I was very excited and tried the steps they sent me with no improvement. 5 clubs still haven't merged so I replied the same day with my results and on the 27th they asked for my address again so they could send new tags. I was very impressed with how quickly this was processed, but then days went by and emails were sent out checking the status of new submitted tags. This took several months and I received about a dozen emails saying they would expedite my shipping. Finally, on September 23rd, I received an email that my tags were on their way, and I actually received them a few days later. I connected all the sensors and set everything up. The only problem is that the golf season in the northern states ends around October. This is the best rating I can give for this product - it worked quite well for 3 rounds. I was going to return it eventually but was told the 30 day window had expired despite waiting for the tags to be replaced. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this. I really wanted to like it, but it turned out to be just a bad investment.
