Review on Lamsky Daylight 🔆 Replacement Contact - Non-Dimmable by Mike Sutton

I installed this in a Pfaff sewing machine to replace an existing dim bulb. A very big improvement and my wife is very happy with it. The electrical contact pads on the lamp base were higher than the existing lamp and prevented the new base from penetrating the socket far enough to allow the bulb to be rotated and locked in position. I had to cut the pads to make them shorter which allowed the bulb to fit all the way into the socket and rotate all the way. Now it works great. Cutting the pads wasn't difficult as the pads are made of very soft metal. I used a utility knife and shaved the pads down to the same height as the original bulb.
