The DAYOOH Pancake Griddle is durable and has a rock solid construction. Upon arrival, all you have to do is screw in the handle. Apparently the skillet comes with a spatula and extra handle, but these items were not included with mine.Anyway, I use both butter and spray oil on the surface, and the pan has an excellent non-stick surface to it. I have a ceramic stove and the griddle stays flat for the most part though it does slide a bit.There’s definitely a method when making pancakes. I found it far easier to use less batter. Otherwise, the pancakes do not cook evenly and they fall apart before you can peel them off the griddle.I don’t like, however, frying eggs on the griddle. In fact, the first one I fried popped! I found the other eggs I fried to be raw on the top. So for me, I’ll stick to pancakes.In addition, some of the animal shapes come out better and are more distinct than others. Overall, though, the designs are cute and a real eye-opener for breakfast! I also love the small size of the pancakes. I like to make batches of them since they are great to reheat and/or freeze for easy snacking! 💕 💕🖤All in all, I really like this little contraption and recommend it, especially if you have kids.👧👶🧒👦🏽👧🏽
