Review on 🐶 Dogtra IQ Plus+ 400-Yard Range Remote Training Collar - Waterproof, Rechargeable and Shock/Vibration - Includes PetsTEK Dog Training Clicker by Matt Zraik

This is the second Dogtra IQ Plus collar we have. The first one was ok, lasted at least 3 years. Unfortunately, this time the shock stopped working (or maybe never worked) after a few months, but the worst thing is that the company didn't respond to 5 emails at all (the first one contained the Revain receipt). This is absolutely unforgivable and the reason I will buy another brand. Also, I prefer a belt that's easy to attach and remove (a snap mechanism that just needs to be squeezed on the sides to release) rather than a belt that needs to be fastened.
