Overall no problem. These Shrader to Presta adapters work great. I hate Shraeder valves, even on my kids bikes. Sure, tubes with Schrader valves are great for air compressors, but Presta valves are a lot easier to use with a good quality floor pump. It is important to install these Presta adapters UNDER the rim tape or rim tape. First, the tape/tape holds the adapter in place better. Second, the strip/tape helps protect the soft rubber tubing from the rougher metal edges of the adapter. My only complaint is that these Presta adapters are not made in different heights. I installed a couple of these on my kids 24" bikes. They work. I replaced the shredder tubes with Presta tubes. This is just my preference, but I really want my Presta adapters to be around 3-5mm. shorter. It's not a huge difference, but a slightly shorter adapter would have allowed my floor pump head to sit tighter and better on the Presta valve stem. That's all. I also think some cyclists might want to find these Presta adapters a little longer. even when working with deeper walls.
