They include a combination hex wrench that works very well. However, the valve stems did not come with caps. There is absolutely no reason for that. While it's easy enough for me to pick up a few lids lying around, buyers don't have to look for them themselves. If they had included lids it would have been five stars. Unfortunately, this oversight puts her at four and a half stars.
