Review on 📸 Enhanced SanDisk ImageMate USB 3.0 Flash Memory Card Reader (Model: SDDR289A20) by Josel Lambert

I've had the USB2.0 version of this adapter for quite some time and when I finally switched to a computer with USB3.0 I didn't have a hard time purchasing this card reader. It is excellent for extracting images and videos from large SD cards quickly and easily. The button at the top can be programmed to launch specific programs with a single button press. It can hold all types of memory cards I've ever used. I've used this several times to flash new ROMs on Android phones with the microSD slot, making everything quick and easy! My only complaint about this device is that unlike the USB 2.0 version of the same reader, it uses a proprietary cable (the end that connects to the reader, the other end is standard USB). This cable feels much thicker and stronger than it could be and is very stiff which means it can be difficult to bend the cable to get the card reader to sit vertically as shown in the images. The metal base (and it's real metal) has a very thin magnetic connection combined with a rigid cable, meaning you have to hold the reader when inserting/removing the card. The length is about 6 feet, but if you need a longer cable, getting a longer version might be a problem (as I'm not sure they even make one). Neither of these facts is a downside worthy of a star reduction as it works great. and fast as a card reader (his main job) but I thought I should mention them as it might affect some people more than me.
