I was looking for a really good yet affordable monitor for my first PC setup and came across this absolute monitor masterpiece. For $230 I got a 32 inch 165Hz 1ms monitor which is already a steal but on top of that this monitor in particular is adjustable which is very comfortable and overall great. Red borders can be annoying. some people but I have a pure black and white setup and it works fine. I've seen people draw it, but honestly I can't even tell. stands on the wall. I don't think it really matters how it looks from the back and bottom, and whether you have LEDs in your setup or on your computer doesn't matter. When I set this, the default was 60Hz, so you'll have to manually change it to 165Hz in the settings.
