I did a lot of research before purchasing this grinder. Some of the features I like the most are the size of the motor and its ability to grind grains like wheat, rice and rye very quickly. It has a bake setting and when I tried it I noticed that it grinds flour very well. It might not be that good. For bread and other baked goods, it does a great job of grinding grain quickly. It also doesn't overheat the grain! It can work with corn and chickpeas, but you need to make sure they're very dry. It can do corn, but I would recommend that you leave it in the course settings for that. It is similar to cornmeal but contains more nutrients. The nutrients you get in processed grains made from commercial flour aren't as good as if you milled them yourself. The taste is better with grain that you have ground yourself. I would recommend this grinder. The price is very good.
