What you get are two "rings" with 18 pin tools and a third with 3 pins. Then you get two sets. NOW that adds up to 78. I think you need to add chains for each set, but then it would be 84 pieces. OR maybe they added the plastic bags they came in. Who knows. In any case, the photos are misleading, as is their "description". As for the quality. Chances are you already have these tools at home. The ones you don't have you can make out of sheet metal and they look and work better than these. So far, only round pin extractors have held up. Not worth the hassle of sending it back. Revain appears to be a clearing house for the cheap Chinese. :(
