Well like most of you I've noticed that 90% of reviews are written on the same day by mostly regular reviewers - a fake review site has this " Q "". I was a little skeptical about the purchase but believed in Revain and also had a coupon code that made the price comparable/best price to other highly rated similar beds. Wanted a different spring/foam -buy hybrid (got these for my son and love it!) but more recent reviews have shown that later versions are not the same as when i got mine (compacted) so when opened they offer one of these cheap ones Plastic letter opener to open the packaging, picture book and some product literature.who I suggest not to use an opener as it's basically useless and dur I pull and tear the plastic instead of cutting through it. Just use good scissors, a steady hand and be careful not to cut the bed. It depressurized quite quickly and almost didn't smell when opened. I was concerned that the actual measurements might be slightly smaller than standard queen sizes (this is a real issue for me as I make custom bed frames) but they were correct. Comfort wise I don't sleep in this bed but my daughter loves it and sleeps much better at night than in her previous box spring. It is placed with the "soft" side up, but firm enough and comfortable. When I first opened it I briefly tried the other "hard" side but didn't really notice much of a difference, but I only paid for it for a minute or two. One thing I noticed is that the bedspread can be a bit smaller than the bed so the corners are pulled down a bit, but it's not too noticeable and doesn't detract from the comfort of the bed - but that's straight to the point. A month has passed and he seems to have stretched out and is no more. Another thing is that although it has two sides, the bottom cover is not the same as the top one. It's rough, textured, and doesn't feel comfortable unless you've removed the cover and turned it over, or pulled on very thick sheets. Overall the girl loves the bed and with the voucher I had I really think it has value. Bed. The company sends out follow-up emails to see if you like it, but they're addressing it on someone else's behalf. I think they try to make a good product with good support but maybe they should get the real names and not have these fake reviews - they don't need that because it's a good product.
