Now I have switched to palm leaf disposable plates and after using them at parties some of my friends have so have you started. At first I was afraid to sacrifice aesthetics and utility for the sake of the environment; However, this is not the case at all. These palm leaf plates are as durable as any plastic plate I've ever used. They don't sag or leak and if you're using a knife to cut food you won't cut them through so I can't ask for more in terms of functionality. What surprised me the most was the aesthetics. These panels look really good. No two are alike in tone and grit, and they are far more interesting than a sheet of plastic. What I thought was their biggest downside (the way they look) actually turned out to be a plus (at my last party, some people asked where they could get them, thinking they were so unique).
