I was on cloud nine when I first bought it, the first three days I had were a dream. Everything was organized and looked beautiful. On the fourth day I traveled with this as carry-on luggage from Seattle to Connecticut to a wedding I was hired to attend. The shoulder strap broke and I had to clumsily carry it through the airport. After about a week of use, all of the inserts have come loose and won't stay in place. One of the zips broke and now after 3 months the included mirror is broken and I can't find a mirror to replace it so now I just have a big blank mirror with a flap. Inside. This is a great idea for beginner kits and artists just starting out. However, for someone who is a more experienced vet, I would like something more durable that will stand up to the wear and tear. I've had other sets in the past that were similar, didn't have a lot of organizational features, but lasted at least five years with no defects.
