I ordered this product based on the good reviews and the fact that it was a one time investment that I could recycle if needed. This worked to clear the blockage I was having, but that was after the problems started. First the head broke off when pulling it out. I was amazed at how easily this thing came loose (!). I was annoyed but thought ok I'll fix it later, wash it out as instructed and leave it on anyway. I let it dry overnight and by morning all the gear was stained with rust! I thought it was SPs to keep it from rusting? Maybe it was wrong? I have many rigid products and they are well made and last a long time but this one let me down. I'll be back.
