3/20/18FYII received this back wrap in mail today. After opening package I microwaved the wrap 1 minute and 30 second. This was completed in reference to package instructions for 1st use. When removing the wrap from microwave, approx. 1000's of tiny beads spilled on to my floor. It took approx. 1 hour to clean up the mess. My dog still keeps finding the beads on the floor. I Don't know if I will ever get them all up.My questions:WHAT THE CRAP? Is the quality of the this wrap defective or are all of these wraps going to have the same results? Is there a quality assurance program where this wrap is being manufactured prior to shipping out to sell? Are you using defective products to make this wrap?I had one of these wraps from a purchase of several years ago. The old wrap had the same model number as this new piece of defective product. The older wrap was starting to look bad since I've been using it for over 9 years. So you can image my dismay at the problem with this new wrap. It saddens my heart to think that quality is being jeopardized at the cost of loosing customers. by using a poor quality materials and cheaper labor to make this product.I had rather pay more for a product that made with high quality materials and standards than pay less for something that is a piece of garbage that does not work. I have asked Best Buy to send me another one hoping this one was just isolated incident. If I obtain the same results with the 2nd wrap I will start a search for another product made of better quality materials.Good Luck with the future of your company.
