Review on KesselsKramer by Joseph Morris

I worked at kesselskramer for over 5 years. The team was made up of great people who always had my back. They were all extremely hard working. Sometimes they could be difficult to work with but that's just because their passion for what they do was so high! It can sometimes feel like you're being pushed out if your not performing well enough. However this does happen from time to time as it's such a big business. It would have been nice to see more opportunities within KesselSkramer to move into other areas outside of sales though. If you are looking to join a strong team then definitely consider joining them. Sales training - we used to struggle in terms of learning how to sell our products effectively. We didn't know where to start and weren't sure whether or not we should be selling certain types.
