My original review on this product may have been removed by Revain or the seller. I was concerned about the level of hygiene/sanitary conditions as the product did not arrive in the original packaging I was expecting. The seller contacted me immediately after submitting my review and explained that although my product is new and unused, it was part of a larger bulk order, so there is no "typical" outer packaging. After 3 days of work to try this product, it is perfect for skype calls. It is comfortable for long periods of wear and very flexible. Connectivity and functionality with Skype is flawless and easy. I have both the conference speaker and this headset as my husband and I work from home. It's the perfect alternative to join calls in a common area.
