is what I needed on Mother's Day 6 years ago when I got my mother's card. I don't know why the lock wasn't disabled, but it would definitely help. I'm still figuring out how to use the SOS alert. I think it's when you have an accident or need help. But it sends a death code, that's loud too, great product, thanks. now all i need is a xena bluetooth hard drive lock and all the bikes are safe
