I was impressed when I received the product in April 2021 which I had bought to increase the number of sockets in my 2006 Sprinter van. With the exception of the "reverse" operation of the power button (it's on when the button is pressed, not the other way around), it worked fine, and the voltage gauge helped show the status of the engine battery. But, as they say, "time will tell," and after three months, the power button and voltage indicator stopped working normally. Now it's on all the time when the switch is in the on or off position, and worse, it displays different voltages in each position so you don't know what went wrong or when it stops working entirely . I could ask the supplier to honor their 5 year replacement guarantee but I no longer trust the product as I assume it will soon fail like the first. I'll see if I can fix that by bypassing the switch while keeping the voltage reading. most annoying.
