Review on GREENBOX Remanufactured Replacement 240 241 by Sabryna Wickings

We have bought this ink several times and only recently had a problem with black. The print test page shows missing print segments even after several (5-7) deep cleanings and cleaning the ink cartridge with an eraser as recommended but your customer service. You can contact them through the Revain messages. I think it was through their window but I couldn't find it again. I was able to email back when the ink still didn't print properly and they refunded me for the black cartridge. Maybe I would use this ink for things that aren't important, but not for forms or work to be submitted. The color cartridge is slightly muted.
