GREENBOX Remanufactured Replacement 240 241 Review

Printer ink is out of the question. It was compatible with my printer (as advertised). The vivid color prints are of good quality and the blacks were rich. Listed as known brands. I will continue to order ink for the printer. Why pay a higher price for a 'famous' brand when it's just as good at a better price.

I have an old Canon inkjet printer. Canon cartridges are expensive and I've had reasonable success with third party options. Often the green box replacement cartridge versions are fine, but this is the second time in a few months that the black cartridge has failed: no matter how many times I clean the printheads and cycle the printer, the black doesn't print clean. There are several missing rows and rows. This is a defective product.

The color matched well. I replaced the paint as soon as I received it as it had run out. Tried replacing the black one today but found it doesn't fit and too late to return it; So now I have a useless black cartridge. What a waste! In the future I will only buy Cannon inks.

I have purchased many of these GREENBOX remanufactured ink cartridges to replace my Canon TS5120 and have been very happy with all of them. The print quality is good. The price is right. For my daily use and not for business use I have been using them for about 4 months. I recommend them and hope Greenbox will continue to offer them at a reasonable price. I would rather use my Canon TS5120 and NOT switch to a more expensive 3-in-1 printer.

I have ordered this combination pack black/color several times, but on 9/12/21 when I installed my pack bought on 9/9/21, on several occasions the test print pages were blotchy , faint and/or with missing lines. Removing and reinserting the cartridges multiple times, cleaning as recommended, and retesting did not improve any of the test pages. We have bought this ink several times and only recently had a problem with black. The print test page shows missing print segments even after several (5-7) deep cleanings and cleaning the ink cartridge with an eraser as recommended but your customer service. You can contact them through the Revain messages. I think it was through their window but I couldn't find it again.
