, I made the mistake of using this product on my entire main floor which is a ceramic tile that looks like a walnut wood floor. It should not be used in places where it can get wet, such as B. in the kitchen or in the bathroom. I have 2 small dogs that splash water when they drink so it also leaves stains. If the floor gets wet, water stains will remain on it if not wiped off immediately. These stains CANNOT be removed! I contacted support and they told me to use Windex and nonabrasive scrubbers. It did absolutely nothing. I had to contact professional floor restorers to have this product removed. You are here as I write this. It's been over 2 hours so far and they're still not done. Part of the floor is so bad that the guy had to get on his knees and do it with his hands. They said never use this product in places where it will not get wet. Eventually it will wear off, so it needs to be reapplied over and over again. The bottom repair cost me almost $500. I will never use this product again. I hope this helps someone get through what I've been through.
