Not what I expected
I was happy to use this product and spent the money to buy water. I followed the directions to prepare the filter and placed it in a pitcher of water. The water tasted like tap water. Even more disappointing is that after using it I put the bag back into the zipped bag and when I used it again I had black spurs on it. I threw it away and unfortunately I can't get a new one.
