Review on AMD Ryzen 5 1600 AM4 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler (YD1600BBAFBOX) - 65W Energy Efficiency by Adam Komosa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Take the boxed version, the cooler inside is good if the overclocking is no more than 3.8 GHz. With its pros: The best processor in the segment up to 25 thousand. On a boxed cooler, it can withstand overclocking up to 3.8 GHz. In games, it's roughly equal to or better than the i7 7700 (with 3200MHz memory, the processor in Battlefield 1 averages over 150fps and very stable frame times). The temperatures are just great, the processor overclocked to 3600 MHz is colder than the i5 4460. (35 degrees in idle and the maximum temperature that I saw is 58 degrees.) ). A characteristic feature compared to i5: stable frame time in games at high fps. i5 at high fps cannot provide stable frame times, so even owners of i5 6600k-7600k will feel the difference in the smoothness and responsiveness of the processor in heavy games. Cons below: The AM4 platform is very picky about memory. General recommendation: memory on Samsung chips and preferably B-die. the best option is 2 sticks of 8 GB or 2 sticks of 16 GB. This ensures that your memory runs at 2933 or higher, squeezing maximum performance out of the processor. I personally have KFA2 HOF 2x8 @ 3600mhz memory (all models of this memory are built on Samsung B-Die chips) worked at 3200 mHz.
