Works even better than expected! I moved to a whole (heavy) house with my 15 year old son and had rotator cuff surgery 5 months ago! Easy to follow, but: TIPS: 1) Both straps have 2 sliding buckles for fastening. (Each person 1 sliding buckle for each belt). So you put the other 2 buckles on the other end of the main straps, when we first set it up we had all 4 together. 2) Have one person adjust the extra slack to make it easier for you to evenly adjust the balance from one carry item to the next. 3) Make sure the vest has a hook in the center back. it is turned upside down, but a BIG strain on the neck! 4) Pass the strap through the buckle so that it holds the pressure on itself. sometimes slips to the point of picking up a lot of weight or holding an extra strap to make it hooked. Even the heaviest dressers were so light we said we could do it all day! We saved over $1500 on the moving bill! VERY USEFUL PRODUCT!
