I bought it, received it, opened the envelope, checked the contents and put it back in the envelope. The woman thought it was just an empty envelope and threw it away. I didn't notice until it was too late. Since Revain doesn't let you skip a product review, I have to rate the product. And since the inability to use it is not the product's fault, I have to rate it as if I could use it and what I expected from it. I bought to have on hand for future use as I used the last one of this size and I just haven't replaced what was lost yet.
