Great pots if you understand their limitations!
Excellent pots if you understand their limits! In particular… weight. I wouldn't put anything serious like lasagna or anything heavy in just one of these pans, I'd double it. That being said, I really like the lids that come with them, they make for a nice presentation and are especially perfect if you freeze them for later. At about a dollar a pound, I thought the price was reasonable.
