Review on Devonshire K 394 4 CP 2 Handle Widespread Bathroom by Brian Smith

I ordered a Kohler bathroom faucet from Revain on Thursday evening and was glad it arrived on Saturday afternoon. When I opened the package, I found to my great disappointment that the parts were not wrapped in plastic or sealed. Upon closer inspection I found rust and bluish deposits on the cold water handle tube and the metal appeared to be bent. The hot water handle was fine, as you can see there was no rust. I paid for a NEW faucet and didn't expect to get a used one. Kohler should be ashamed of selling inferior products and poor quality control. I went with the more expensive Kohler faucet because I wanted a quality product but this is such a disappointment. Sent it back for a different brand.
