The chairs, as a whole, are quite comfy and well-made. However, there are not sufficient nuts, so I had to hurry to the shop to seek for them. It's not very nice. Instructions for assembly are not very clear. Quickly, you are unable to decipher it and you are unable to accumulate it. For some reason, in order to figure out where to attach what, you have to scratch your head and wriggle the components around in all directions. If you want to avoid fidgeting, it is best to take pillows that have a base that does not slide around. The only reason I'm docking a star is because it's not finished. According to the feedback, this is not a single incident but the norm rather than the exception. What a shame it is!
