Review on 🌲 National Tree RBG-25M: Pack of 25 2.5V Replacement Bulbs for 50 Light Sets by Julian Banks

I felt compelled to write a review in case it helps anyone else. I bought my lighted Ashland 7.5 inch tree on Craigslist for $20 a few years ago. Such a big deal since these trees are so expensive. It came in a box so I knew what kind of wood it was and where it came from. The problem is that the lightbulbs needed replacing and this year I finally decided to take on the task. I've looked in several physical stores and online. The only thing I couldn't find in the store was replacement bulbs. I (FINALLY) found something online but it would be very expensive for the quantity I would have to replace. I bought a box of garlands that were fine but didn't fit the clip socket on this tree. So I knew I had to find cheap lightbulbs to buy because I was running out of ideas. There was contact information on the tree box so I contacted them to purchase more replacement bulbs. Whether it was in store or online, I didn't care. Wanted to open a guarantee. For a complete tree. After buying a tree from someone else, I didn't have a receipt. After several email exchanges, they finally admitted that they would not sell replacement bulbs directly. I don't know why I should be surprised that they would rather replace an entire tree than a few bulbs. Then I finally found it. Lamps are supplied in green sockets with clips. The sockets fit and work in wood, but the clamp doesn't really clamp. So I just took the bulbs out of the sockets they came in and put them in the sockets that came with the tree. Voila! Now I have spare bulbs. I will be buying more (colors and white) to have on hand.
