Review on MOON Adult Bike Helmet: Ultralight Integrally-Molded Bicycle Helmet for Men and Women, Road and Mountain Riding Equipment with 25 Vents Removable Visor - MV29 by Jayshawn Cuatlayol

I have just purchased this helmet and am very happy with the quality and fit. This is a very light and comfortable design. The only issue I have is that it seems the strap on the right side wasn't twisted properly when manufactured and I can't get it loose. So when I put the helmet on, the strap twists on either side of my ear, making the strap annoying and uncomfortable. I've searched everywhere to find the seller's contact information to resolve this issue but have had no luck. So I am posting a medium review hoping they will contact me. Update (9/4/2020): Thanks to information from another Revain review, I was able to fix the twisted strap and buckle with minimal effort. Corrected with this detail, the helmet fully deserves a 5-star rating.
