The first thing you see when you open it is the high gloss finish, it really looks like high quality hardware. After checking it out and seeing the fan on the back, I wasn't worried about overheating or anything. I read the book and saw that many of the functions have a built in timer and temperature to avoid accidents as much as possible. It heats up quickly and maintains the set temperature, which is nice as some of my ovens and burners have had issues with temperature fluctuations over the years. The cast is really easy to clean. Well it does everything I wanted, does better than I expected and looks good hence 5 stars from me.
