My purchase and other items in the package arrived wet due to this bottle not being secured. The lid was screwed halfway and the product spilled out, but there was no lid to stop this. The taste, aroma and freshness were good for Aurora (ro-ro) I think, but she got dry gas every time she took it with her water. I noticed that her consumption was a bit lower and I started putting in another bowl of plain water to see what she was drawn to; she doesn't choose it unless she's thirsty, and that's all there is to drunk. I noticed her breath was fresher, but... well... it is. I don't want hair in my nostrils anyway. lol
