So this item arrived well packaged with o-rings and pump end caps installed. It looks like it is made of good materials. My complaint to him relates to the tolerances on the placement of the bolt hole at the end of the pump. Both holes, top and bottom, were moved about 1 mm further to the rear of the vehicle. It's like they didn't position it quite right when they put it in the jig to drill them in. Consequently, when the part is fastened to the pump, the screws cannot fully penetrate the threads of the pump because the hole is too far away. I only had the tools needed to drill holes for the screws to fit, but it was difficult and someone without tools had to send it back. It was the exact part number, it matched the hose I was replacing exactly except for the holes that were misplaced.
