Transformer must be used
Does not work when USB cable is connected to computer, supplied transformer must be used. I haven't had this problem with any other wireless charger. I bought this because it is a wireless stand that is thinner and therefore more portable than the wireless stand I carry around and typically use next to a computer that I can connect a cable to. Now I have to buy a very long USB connector. Cable so I can be sure I can get power, hopefully this cable will work.
