I can't stop being happy with the purchase, a very good deal!

Took up permanent residence on my camera, as one of my go-to lenses. Used it to make a lot of successful shots. So, let's say it's an application or something.
It's important to remember that despite its heft, it feels wonderful in the hand.

Pros

Excellent construction; Very crisp (enough for shots of various genres); Fast focus; Comfortable range of FR with saving from the aperture value; Gorgeous "drawing"

Cons

An unpopular drawback that's actually beneficial in some contexts. This lens distorts images. In the current conditions, a very controversial price tag, provided there is no stabilizer - "Screwdriver," which, in turn, does not permit you to save the glass when ating the carcass to the version without a screwdriver.
