Poorly made or mine is defective.
Since I needed service anyway, I took it to my mechanic for installation. The product fell apart during installation and ordered a product from another manufacturer. I saw a few small fragments, but unfortunately there was nothing to return the money. If I broke it I would have thought it was my fault but it was a pro.
