After 2 months, not as beautiful as in the picture. When people walk on it after 2 months, it looks a little shabby. I wanted something that feels good under my feet when I get out of the shower, but it's also right in front of the toilet, so there's a lot of people there. It's white so I was expecting some dirt. It absorbs very well and feels nice under my feet, but needs a lot of brushing to make it look like it's straight out of the box. I remember seeing a show where they sheared sheep and the wool on the outside of the sheep was tangled and dirty and the underside was white. This is what the rug looks like before washing. It's like matted sheep's wool, and it can get that way pretty quickly. As such, I wouldn't plan on keeping it in a high-traffic bathroom.
