Arrived this morning and unpacked for installation but looks like it's missing a few holes? Shouldn't the triangular silver steel piece with the red plastic thing also have holes so I can attach the base (black steel piece with 4 holes)? I tried to photograph the inside of the silver rod to show that no holes are drilled to attach it to the base. I photographed the entire extended handle but I didn't find those damn holes. Return this damaged/incomplete product. PS: There is a flash drive in the box. Are there instructional videos? Or is it just a gift? I don't want to open it because I'm returning the item.
