The set screws are well made with no visible burrs but the plastic box is awful! All spacers fell out of their grooves during transport and now all set screws are reversed. It took a long time to separate each of the sizes and glue each spacer in place before putting all the set screws back into the box in the separate sections they should have been. The latch that should have been on the outside of the lid was not present at all, not even in the shipping box, so it looks like the plastic box was misshaped or the latch was broken before the container was packed. In any case, this is a very awful design as the dividers are too narrow so they just slip out of place with the slightest movement. I had to use Gorilla Glue to permanently attach all dividers so they would never slip again. Now that I think about it, it would be better to just buy a plano small fishing tackle box for hooks instead of spending so much time fixing this POS since the plano small fishing tackle box is only about $3.50 compared to a 30-minute glue. this box if I could just be at work during those 30 minutes where I'm making $20 an hour, so I actually lost $6.50 for missing half an hour of work instead of $3.50 on the plano tackle box and make $10 in that 1/2 hour. could work.
