Slow or no response time
I thought I had diligently bought a new iPad; However, I received a "Certified Refurbished" iPad. I couldn't get him to accept my fingerprint. He just begged him ad nauseam. I currently have an outdated iPad2 and the reason I replaced it is that it has slow load/response times. This iPad Pro was far worse. Now I appreciate my ipad2 more.
