I have been using this service for about 4 years now and it has never let me down in any way! The customer care team at PC ONLINE SUPPORT always gets back with you within minutes (sometimes even seconds). They're very friendly and helpful as well. There's nothing that we dislike so far when dealing with them. We've used other companies but they were not up-to par compared to what they offer here - if there was ever an issue, our call would be answered immediately by one of their experts who could solve anything instantly. This saves us time because before contacting another provider, i can give them my problem/issue right away without having to go over all details first.
