Plugs - they plug in and ground the adapter on two pins, as it should be. Not much to go around. Not recommended for EU, UK or plugs other than US plugs. Not compatible with wild turkeys and not suitable for conversation on your coffee table. Cats will kick it off any surface if it's not plugged in.
