In general, I couldn't be happier with the toaster! It boasts a sleek and contemporary appearance, simple controls, and a small footprint, so it won't take up much room in the kitchen. You can use either fresh or frozen bread for your purposes. However, you are going to have to get used to it! The first time, I made the mistake of setting the roast level too low because my old toaster had time during this period, and as a result, I got bread that was completely dried out. The following time I made it, I doubled the amount of time, but the bread turned out to be overly toasted. And this was only the third attempt before I was successful in locating the golden mean. I no longer adjust the settings; all I need to do is place the bread in the slot, press the lever, and then I can enjoy perfectly toasted bread.
