Mirror glass vibrates

Easy to install on my 2004 Grand Cherokee Limited. However, as several people have noted, the mirror jumps a bit when driving (not the entire assembly, just the glass). It's not enough to bother me, but it shows. Obviously it's not the same as OEM quality, but for the price it's serviceable.
