You could just put a towel in front of the door. This product ships folded to a size of approximately 7" x 9". This should tell you everything you need to know about how durable it is and how it sits on the floor. This is a trip hazard as it curls around the edges. This sometimes makes it difficult to buy online. What one person calls "heavy duty" is only done cheaply and thinly. Sometimes you can cut corners, but what's on the floor and should be strong enough to dry your feet should be of better quality.
