Self-messaging seems effective because it's not heavy and its design helps you reach hard-to-reach places like your lower back and hamstrings. We've tried most massage gun attachments, but we like the small and large balls best. The intensity is easy to set and we usually keep it somewhere between 2-5. The maximum it reaches is 20. The battery life is great and the display shows you where the energy is. Overall, the Relaxteo massage gun is easy to use, effective and economical, highly recommended!
